用了标準通訊接口(Communication Port),讓定位儀可以兼容于任意PC主闆硬件,
以方便日後(hòu)系統的更新、維護。從而首先在技術層面(miàn)上保證了對(duì)用戶的服務承諾,
保障了用戶的長(cháng)期利益。
模塊化設計思想雖然已存在多時,但在早期的四輪定位系統中,仍大量利用PC主闆擴展槽方式,將(jiāng)定位儀電路卡連接在主闆的擴展槽内。這(zhè)種(zhǒng)方案對(duì)特定的電腦主闆而言是兼容的,但在技術發(fā)展日新月異的今天,已經(jīng)遠遠不能(néng)适應新的技術和标準,不能(néng)兼容新的PC主闆。這(zhè)種(zhǒng)方案不利于設備的維修及更新換代,同時還(hái)會(huì)導緻了更多的故障維修工作,給用戶的長(cháng)期利益造成(chéng)了潛在的隐患。現今的國(guó)際主流設計,都(dōu)已抛棄了插卡方式,轉向(xiàng)标準接口。然而在市場上,我們依然可以看到許多這(zhè)種(zhǒng)産品的身影。

Upholding the modular design concept and leading the international trend, we
have adopted standard communication interface in all the products to ensure
that the alignment instrument can be compatible with any PC motherboard
hardware, in order to facilitate the update and maintenance of system in future.
Thus, it can firstly ensure the service commitment to users at the technical level
and can protect the usersl long-term benefits.
Modular design concept has been in existence for a long time, but the method of
PC motherboard expansion slot is still widely used in the early wheel alignment
system design, that the circuit card of the alignment instrument is connected
with the motherboard expansion slot. Such system is compatible with specific

we have analyzed the mechanism of interferes caused by the device, the
environment (light, temperature, electromagnetic interference) in the process
of measurement and transmission, and have formulated corresponding program
to apply in every aspect of the system design. The experiments prove that
our measures have effectively ensured the trueness, stability and reliability
of the measurement data.
